Datavoice provides dedicated Project Managers with the necessary skills to ensure timely delivery within the agreed project scope. Our Project Manager will form a single point of contact for your business, and will manage all resources relating to your project.
All projects are managed via the documented five stages of a project lifecycle – Initialization, Planning, Execution, Controlling and Project Closure.
Where relevant, vendor based engineering standard are strictly adhered to during the implementation of each solution. Comprehensive test procedures are used to check the implementation of all solution elements.
Datavoice’s standard deployment methodology includes the following stages:
Initiation and Planning, Development of a Detailed Design, Development of Training Plan, Development of a Migration Plan (where applicable), Development of Documentation, Solution Build Phase, Customer (UAT) Testing Phase, Deployment and Cutover, and BAU Handover.
