Datavoice is a privately owned and operated Australian Business that was established in 1994.
Datavoice is a technical services organisation focussed on solution and efficiency driven outcomes for our clients. We are leaders in the provision of Telephony, Unified Communications, ICT and Electrical & Data Cabling Services and Solutions to businesses of all sizes throughout Australia.
Datavoice prides itself on our capacity to design and implement solutions which are effective, fit for purpose, simple to maintain and that offer maximum value for our clients. Our consultative approach and comprehensive range of services ensure that we can deliver turnkey solutions, and in turn, an exceptional customer experience.

We have extensive experience across a range of verticals – Small and Medium Business; Mid-Market & Enterprise; Commercial, Health, Hospitality, Education, Government & Defence. We also have a long history and broad capability with the provision of outsourced services for Telecommunication Carriers, Vendors & System Integrators.
Simon has over 35 years’ experience in the Telecommunications and Contracting sector, with much of this as a successful business owner/director. Over this period, he has seen immense changes to both industries and managed to continue to build and diversify a business that prides itself on customer service and reliability.

James has in excess of 20 years’ experience in the Telecommunications sector. He has worked in the vendor and carrier space, and brings a vast presales and technical knowledge that enables him to articulate all elements of end to end delivery to our customers, partners and delivery teams, ensuring great results for all. James has been with Datavoice since 2010, initially as National Sales Manager, and as a Director since 2014.

Peter bring a wealth of professional experience to the Datavoice management team. Peter leads the financial and administrative teams on a national basis, as well as managing the day to day operations of Datavoice’s Canberra Branch.
Todd has in excess of 30 years’ experience within the ICT industry, with extensive experience in leading large and diverse projects. Todd has extensive knowledge in communication technology and a deep understanding of managed services, software solutions and infrastructure.
In his capacity as National Operations Manager, Todd leverages his 20 years’ experience in Project Management to coordinate our project and service delivery teams and lead large scale deployments across the country.
20 years’ experience in the Telecommunications and Contracting sectors, has armed James with the ability to find solutions to customer’s ICT & Electrical infrastructure challenges.
Kate has more than 20 years’ experience working in the Telecommunications industry as both a Project Manager & Business Analyst for vendors, carriers and end user customers. Kate has extensive experience with managing large projects across Australia encompassing voice & data deployment, contact centre implementation, LAN refresh, cabling and nurse call deployment.
Tania started with Datavoice more than 20 years ago as a trainee technician and cabler. Tania has worked in system installation and maintenance, and has managed outsourced Helpdesk services for large Government departments. Tania’s wealth of experience has led to her current role as Service Manager, leading our ACT based technical team.

Michelle has more than 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry having worked primarily in the areas of project management, training, technical support, installation and maintenance across a range of unified communications and call centre platforms. Michelle’s wealth of experience has led to her current role as Service Manager, leading our national customer support team in Melbourne and coordinating our Victorian based technical team.
Rohan provides end to end customer service for large projects and customers, encompassing service transformation, project management and operational delivery. Rohan has extensive experience with managing relationships, contracts and service levels for projects and BAU support and delivery during lifecycle. He brings a deep technical expertise and innovative pre-sales engineering capability to the Datavoice project team.

Trina has worked in the Telecommunications space for in excess of 20 years, more than 10 of which have been at Datavoice. She has a wealth of experience with the Tier 1 carriers. Trina leads our Fixed, Data & Mobile sales team, combining her commitment to exceptional customer experience with her vast experience in the area of sales operations and processing.
Gerry as in excess of 35 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked as installer and maintainer of telephony solutions from multiple vendors. Gerry leads our Western Australian operations, looking after delivery of national projects in this region as well as a number of large-scale state and local government customers for which Datavoice provides contracted support.

Geoff is an experienced sales professional, with more than 20 years’ experience and more than 10 years’ in telecommunications.
Geoff specialises in solutions for small to medium business, with a specific focus on fixed, data and mobile carriage solutions.
Con has over 30 years’ experience as an electrician, having worked as a site supervisor and project manager across the construction and infrastructure sectors. Con manages the Electrical Contracting and Data Cabling field resource team, with responsibility for end to end project delivery.
Dougal has more than 14 years’ experience in the communications industry, and is responsible for Account Management & Business Development at Datavoice. Dougal is customer focussed and is highly knowledgeable in the area of ICT technologies. His primary focus and areas of expertise are Unified Communications & Contact Centre (both on premise and cloud based), with competencies in design, professional services, consultancy, managed services, and solution lifecycle support.
